Important Notice

All payments made for E-Books, digital publications, subscriptions, or downloadable materials are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specifically stated.

1No Refund on Digital Products

Since all content on KMS BookLibrary is delivered in digital format and is instantly accessible or downloadable upon successful payment, cancellation or refund requests shall generally not be entertained.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the digital nature of our products makes them ineligible for returns or refunds under standard circumstances.

2Technical Access Issues

In the event you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchased content, please contact KMS support. We will:

  • Investigate the reported technical issue promptly
  • Work to restore access to your purchased content
  • Provide an alternative delivery method if necessary
  • Evaluate refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis for unresolvable access failures

3Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, India's trusted payment gateway. KMS does not store your complete card or banking credentials. If a payment is deducted but access is not granted, please contact support immediately with your payment reference number.

4Governing Terms

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of the overall Terms & Conditions of KMS BookLibrary. By using the platform, you agree to this policy. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
